2.     This website is for your education and your enjoyment only. All physical exercise can be strenuous and involve risk and so you are advised to seek the advice of your medical professional before embarking in any form of physical exercise, especially if you have  limiting conditions or are overweight, pregnant, taking regular medication, recovering from injuries or have any existing medical conditions. It is your responsibility to assure that the classes you take and the variations you choose are appropriate for your physical and metal conditions/limitations. 

3.   When practicing, please adapt in ways suitable for you, take breaks as you need, practice in a safe space and should you feel unwell or feel pain, stop immediately and seek advice from a medical professional. If in doubt about a pose or sequence, don’t do it. Make sure you are suitably warmed up before each session. We recommend refraining from eating 2 hours before the session and making sure you are hydrated 2 hours before the session commences. 

4.   Using the ‘website’ you are participating at your own risk, with everything you do, being entirely carried out as your choice. Sonja Cuonz do not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury or damage whatsoever arising from the use of this website.

5.     The teacher on this ‘website’ are not medical professionals and offer no medical advise or diagnosis. 

6.  The ‘website’s’ content is not directed for people under 18 years of age, and by going through the sign-up process, you are declaring yourself to be over 18 and legally able to make purchase agreements in the form of monthly or yearly plans. If we become aware that someone under the age of 18 has submitted information to us, we will remove information and membership. 

7.   Each registration is for a single user and you may not provide you membership details to any third party. Sonja Cuonz will not be liable for loss occurred for failure to comply with this.

Sonja Cuonz respect your right to privacy and comply with our obligations under the European data protection acts. We collect  GDPR compliant  date for the purpose of our Sonja Cuonz‘s Mailing list. There is no obligation for you to sign-up for this We use personal date to provide you with services you have signed-up for and for to update you on new services via a newsletter, if opted-in. No data is sold or shared with except where it is grouped with similar information of other users (e.g. informing a partner of how many unique users come to the website) or should we have a statutory requirement to do so. We take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) to protect your personal data. Our company is hosted on the Squarespace.com platform. Squarespace.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Squarespace.com’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Squarespace.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
